Job summary

Maximus seeks a senior psychology consultant to lead the design, implementation and evaluation of psychology-based programs for diverse clients in the enterprise sector.

You will develop assessment methods, conduct organizational assessments, and provide evidence-based recommendations to project teams and executives, shaping strategic outcomes across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience required; Master's with 8+ years or PhD with 6+ years required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide expert psychological consultation and guidance to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.

Pay Transparency

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
