Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking an experienced organizational psychologist to provide expert consultation and lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of psychology-based programs for clients and stakeholders. You will develop assessment methodologies and interpret results to guide strategic decisions.

The role requires significant experience in psychology, behavioral science, and human performance, with leadership responsibilities across client engagements and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field with 10+ years of professional experience; Master's in Psychology with 8+ years or PhD with 6+ years of experience.
• Clinical or organizational psychology background acknowledged for program design and evaluation.

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.
