Job summary

MAXIMUS, located in Springfield, IL, is seeking an experienced psychologist to lead and optimize psychology-based programs and assessments. You will provide expert consultation to clients and teams, design initiatives, and guide cross-functional efforts with data-driven, evidence-based recommendations.

The role requires strong leadership, up-to-date behavioral science knowledge, and the ability to mentor colleagues while collaborating with senior stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required with 10+ years of experience; Master’s in Psychology with 8+ years; PhD with 6+ years.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert psychological consultation to clients, stakeholders and project teams.

Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
