Job summary

Maximus seeks a senior psychology program lead to provide expert consultation to clients and project teams in a dynamic environment. You will drive design, implementation, and evaluation of psychology-based services, developing robust assessment tools to inform workforce objectives.

You will analyze data to identify trends, interpret results, and deliver actionable recommendations while collaborating with senior stakeholders and mentoring colleagues in a results-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field required (10+ years of experience)
• Master's degree in Psychology and 8+ years of related experience or PhD with 6+ years of related experience
• Strong leadership and evidence-based decision-making skills

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
