You will guide supervision, ensure clinical excellence, and drive regional strategy in a dynamic healthcare setting.

The role entails overseeing clinicians, implementing onboarding policies, and maintaining regulatory compliance across the region while advancing innovative treatment modalities.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Psychiatry and Neurology required.
• Licensed or willing to obtain licensure in the clinic state.
• Experience with interventional treatment techniques, preferably TMS.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Chief Medical Officer of Serenity.
• Maintain outpatient clinical practice with interventional options like dTMS and ketamine infusions.
• Oversee psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners in the region.
• Lead onboarding and training policies for providers.
• Participate in provider interviewing and selection, guiding a collaborative team.
• Oversee clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices.
• Develop regional strategic plans and manage the regional budget.
