A behavioral health service provider in Seattle is looking for a Lead Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver psychiatric services in Skilled Nursing Facilities. Responsibilities include mentoring providers and ensuring clinical excellence. Candidates must be licensed in Washington with significant psychiatric experience. Qualificações

• Licensed in Washington by the Board of Nursing in good standing with a focus on psychiatry.
• Licensed by the Washington Board of Pharmacy to prescribe controlled substances.
• 3+ years of Geriatric Psych Experience.
• 3+ years providing treatment within Skilled Nursing Facilities or Acute Rehab Hospitals.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a mentor and guide existing providers.
• Travel throughout the state for provider onboarding and training.
• Provide face-to-face psychiatric services in Skilled Nursing Facilities.
• Assess patients’ mental status based on symptoms.
• Diagnose DSM-V disorders and develop treatment plans.
• Staff clinical cases with psychiatrists.

Conhecimentos

Basic computer knowledge

Experience with EMR/EHR Systems (Athena)

Excellent written communication

Attention to detail

Strong interpersonal skills

Flexible and organized

Fluency in Spanish
