A leader in mental health services is seeking Independently Licensed Therapists (LICSW, LMFT, LPC) to join their Skilled Nursing Facility Therapy team in Seattle, Washington. This role involves providing comprehensive behavioral health services to the underserved geriatric population. Candidates should have a relevant master's degree, Washington state licensure, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications
Washington licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, or LPC is required.
Must have a National Provider Identifier (NPI).
Professional Liability Insurance required.
Must be credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare a plus.
Some facilities may require up-to-date vaccinations or appropriate exemptions.
TB Test is necessary.
CPR/AED/First Aid Certification is required.
Responsibilities
Complete diagnostic evaluations, diagnosis, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consulting in-person.
Collaborate with BHS psychiatrists and facility staff for holistic patient care.
Complete documentation timely in EMR.
Comply with agency policies and procedures.
