Job summary

Areti Group is seeking a Senior Solutions, Implementation & Delivery Consultant to lead complex PSA and Workday implementations for US clients. You will design, configure, and deliver enterprise SaaS solutions across the full project lifecycle, from discovery through go-live.

The role combines technical delivery with client guidance, requiring hands-on PSA configuration, Workday integration experience, data mapping, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Hands-on PSA implementation and configuration experience.
• Demonstrable Workday implementation, configuration, or integration experience.
• Proven enterprise SaaS delivery and solutions consulting experience.
• Experience with PSA platforms such as Kantata, Certinia, Kimble, or comparable enterprise solutions.
• Strong technical understanding of integrations, data mapping, and APIs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex PSA and enterprise SaaS implementations end-to-end.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and technical discovery.
• Translate business needs into functional specs and designs.
• Own delivery plans, risks, and customer outcomes.
• Lead UAT, deployment readiness, and post-implementation support.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to reusable frameworks.
