Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Senior Canvassing Manager to lead a field marketing team focused on home improvement campaigns. You will mentor Proximity Marketing Managers, drive KPIs, and execute local marketing initiatives aligned with company goals.

The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on field leadership, requiring strong data fluency, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to coaching and performance management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in field marketing, sales management, or related roles in home improvement or similar industries.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage teams in high‑pressure environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Data fluency with CRM systems and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to marketing and canvassing.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop a team of Proximity Marketing Managers, Team Leads, and Direct Marketing Associates.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, performance reviews, motivation, and coaching.
• Lead daily team meetings and drive a high‑performance culture.
• Set and track daily/weekly/monthly goals and marketing campaigns.
• Analyze data with CRM to forecast results and inform decisions.
• Ensure SOPs and compliance across canvassing activities and field operations.
• Deliver training on sales methodology, safety, brand messaging, and ethics.
• Be actively involved in field activities, including canvassing and lead generation.
