• Prepare reports and maintain records related to provider services activities to support operational and regulatory requirements.

About the Role:

The Senior Provider Services Assistant plays a critical role in supporting healthcare provider operations by ensuring seamless communication and coordination between providers and internal teams. This position is responsible for managing provider data, assisting with credentialing processes, and resolving provider inquiries efficiently to maintain high levels of provider satisfaction. The role requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in provider records and compliance with regulatory standards. The Senior Provider Services Assistant acts as a liaison to facilitate timely updates and problem resolution, contributing to the overall effectiveness of provider network management. Ultimately, this position supports the organization’s mission to deliver quality healthcare services by maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with providers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in provider services, healthcare administration, or a related field.
