Job summary

Claremedica is seeking a Senior Provider Relations Representative to manage strategic relationships across our specialty and ancillary provider network. You will act as a key liaison with large multi-specialty groups, ASCs, imaging centers, and diagnostic facilities while ensuring network fidelity and performance.

The role requires 5+ years in provider relations, strong communication, and the ability to work across markets in Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of provider relations or healthcare network operations experience.
• Experience with specialty groups, ancillary providers, ASCs, and multi-site orgs.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain strategic relationships with high-volume specialty groups and ancillary providers.
• Serve as primary contact for escalated provider operational concerns and network issues.
• Assist onboarding, orientation, and ongoing education related to ClareMedica processes and referral workflows.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure provider alignment and network performance.
• Oversee specialty network initiatives focused on fidelity, access, utilization management, and engagement.
• Monitor provider performance trends and escalate findings as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate provider records and documentation in systems and databases.
• Coordinate provider meetings, site visits, and relationship activities across markets.
• Support issue resolution related to scheduling, referrals, credentialing, and claims.
• Assist with provider audits, recredentialing, and network reporting initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership on provider partnerships and network expansion opportunities.
