Molina Healthcare seeks a senior provider relations professional to support health plan provider relations activities, educate providers on Molina initiatives, and manage provider education, satisfaction, and issue resolution within the Molina network.

The role focuses on engaging complex provider communities, ensuring compliance with policies, and driving provider portal adoption while maintaining strong partnerships with physicians and hospitals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service or provider services in a managed care or medical office setting.
• Understanding of the health care delivery system and government-sponsored plans.
• Experience delivering training and facilitating educational presentations.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Engage high-priority, high-volume providers to ensure satisfaction and education on Molina initiatives.
• Serve as primary contact between Molina and complex provider community (FFS, P4P).
• Educate and align providers with Molina policies, ensuring EMR connectivity and portal adoption.
• Resolve complex provider issues across departments and leadership levels.
• Conduct regular site visits and assess compliance with Molina policies and CMS guidelines.
• Provide on-the-spot training and diplomatically counsel providers to maintain relationships.
• Lead problem-solving meetings between providers and Molina stakeholders.
