The role focuses on improving provider engagement, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment with network performance and financial targets.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent leadership experience, along with substantial experience in provider relations and claims.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or 6 years leadership experience.
• 4 years’ experience in claims, customer service, physician office or hospital environment.
• 3 years’ experience in physician/provider relations, contracting and reimbursement issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cooperative provider relationships to support network performance.
• Serve as a resource and escalation point for provider concerns and issue resolution.
• Educate and train providers; identify trends and evaluate provider performance.
• Travel as required to provider locations.
• Facilitate provider ease of doing business with HCSC.
