Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is seeking a Senior Provider Partner to build and manage relationships across provider networks and lead complex contract negotiations.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, translate data insights into actionable solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to align network performance with organizational goals.

The role is hybrid, with in-person collaboration two days per week and remote work the rest of the time.

Competenze

• 5+ years of related contracts professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of degree, two extra years of relevant experience may be accepted.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Experience with contract redlining tools and related legal technology.

Mansioni

• Build and manage provider relationships as primary contact for assigned providers.
• Lead negotiations for complex provider contracts within approved parameters.
• Prepare reports on contract status, provider performance, and negotiation progress.
• Represent the provider perspective on cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
