Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota seeks a Senior Provider Partner to manage provider relationships and lead complex contract negotiations. You will prepare leadership reports, analyze data with Finance, and drive strategic initiatives within a hybrid work model.

The role requires 5+ years in contracts, a bachelor’s degree, and strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and contract law. You’ll collaborate across teams to optimize network performance and value-based contracting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of contracts professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience beyond the qualifications listed above may be accepted.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations, contract law, and compliance frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage provider relationships as primary contact for assigned providers.
• Lead negotiations for complex provider contracts within approved budgets and timelines.
• Prepare reports for leadership on contract status, provider performance, and negotiation progress.
• Analyze contracting and financial data with Finance and Analytics to inform decisions.
• Develop annual work plans for assigned providers and support strategic objectives.
