Job summary

Molina Healthcare is seeking an experienced provider relations professional in Michigan to manage network relationships, educate providers on Molina initiatives, and drive satisfaction across high-priority groups.

You will coordinate with external providers, enforce Molina policies, and facilitate EMR connectivity and portal adoption, while visiting sites and collaborating with senior leadership as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service, provider services, or claims experience in a managed care or medical setting.
• Understanding of the health care delivery system and government-sponsored plans.
• Experience delivering training and facilitating educational presentations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Engage top-priority providers to ensure satisfaction and education on Molina initiatives.
• Serve as primary liaison between Molina and complex provider networks, including FFS and P4P.
• Educate and align providers with Molina policies, procedures, and CMS guidelines.
• Troubleshoot provider issues and coordinate problem-solving with leadership.
• Conduct provider site visits and schedule management to meet monthly goals.
• Deliver on-the-spot training and presentations to providers and staff.
• Support EMR connectivity, provider portal adoption, and related initiatives.
• Travel within Michigan for quarterly team meetings and site visits.
