Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service, provider services, or claims experience in a managed care or medical office setting.
• Understanding of the healthcare delivery system and government-sponsored health plans.
• Experience delivering training and facilitating educational presentations.

Responsibilities

• Engage high-priority providers to ensure satisfaction and education on Molina initiatives.
• Serve as the primary contact between Molina and complex provider community.
• Collaborate with providers to ensure compliance with Molina policies and CMS guidelines.
• Troubleshoot provider issues and coordinate problem-solving with leadership.
• Conduct provider site visits and plan daily/weekly schedules to meet visit goals.
• Deliver on-the-spot training and presentations to providers and staff.
• Promote participation in Molina initiatives (EDI, EMR, provider portal).
• Travel for team meetings in Michigan (quarterly).
