ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner to drive provider recruitment talent across the New England footprint. You will own full-cycle recruitment for Urgent Care, Primary Care physicians, NPs, and PAs, shaping sourcing strategies and coordinating with Medical Leadership to align on hiring plans.

You will mentor recruiters, collaborate with marketing on employer branding, and leverage data to optimize hiring outcomes while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Competenze

• 3+ years recruiting experience, healthcare/provider focus preferred.
• Deep provider recruiting knowledge: sourcing, engagement, licensure, compensation.
• Strong relationships with Medical Leadership, Operations, and hiring managers.
• Data-driven with pipeline health and market insights to influence decisions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Mentor and elevate other recruiters in provider recruiting.
