Qualifications

8+ years of prototypes or bench electrical assembly experience.
Ability to read schematics and locate components on PCBs using design schematics and layout viewers.
Set up, support, and maintain hardware in a lab environment.
Generate complete assembly/test documentation of prototype assembly/test setup and share results.

Responsibilities

Be the primary point of contact for hardware testing and troubleshooting.
Hands‑on debugging with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
Ability to do PCBA and FPC rework in electrical lab.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (system engineering, architecture, product design, NPI, research).
Execute multiple streams of work and prioritize workload against timelines.
Demonstrate critical thinking, creativity, and strong communication.
