• Hands-on proteomics experimental work and data generation.
• Experience coordinating small teams (up to 3 staff).
• Ability to communicate complex biological insights to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on proteomics experiments to generate high-quality data.
• Supervise up to three Research Associates/Scientists.
• Collaborate with wet-lab and data science teams to meet project objectives.
• Communicate biological insights to clients and support business development.
• Contribute to publication strategy and dissemination of findings.
