Helix BioStructures, LLC is a Indianapolis, Indiana-based CRO/CDMO seeking a Senior Scientist to lead recombinant protein production campaigns from construct design through expression, purification and QC. The role spans bacterial, insect, mammalian, and yeast systems, with emphasis on difficult targets and scale‑up.

The successful candidate will mentor junior staff, author SOPs, manage timelines, and communicate with clients on strategy and results, ensuring delivery within fixed milestones.

Formación

• PhD with 4+ years post‑doc/industrial experience.
• Or Master’s with 8–12 years of industrial experience.
• Or Bachelor’s with 12+ years of industrial experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own recombinant protein production campaigns end-to-end from design to QC.
• Mentor junior staff and maintain SOPs.
• Interface with clients on strategy, progress, and results.
• Design constructs and production strategies for new targets.
• Scale up expression and purification across multiple hosts.
