Chenega Security SBU seeks a Site Manager to lead a large-scale NASA Protective Services contract. You will oversee on-site operations, direct security programs, and ensure compliance with regulations while delivering mission-focused services.

The role requires executive-level leadership, budget stewardship, and partnerships with NASA leadership, CO/COR, and partners to sustain high performance and mission success.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible management in protective services or eight years in a supervisory role with 30+ personnel.
• Experience managing operational budgets, workforce planning, and strategic initiatives.
• Active Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain one; pass background and drug screening.

• Provide leadership for all Protective Services operations and administrative functions.
• Ensure successful execution of contract requirements, performance standards, and SLAs.
• Develop long-range strategic plans to enhance performance, readiness, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee budgets, staffing, resource allocation, and financial performance.
• Represent NASA leadership and coordinate with CO/COR and stakeholders.
