Job summary

Chenega Security International is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead security personnel, manage shifts, and ensure safe, compliant operations. You will oversee access control, visitor management, and incident response, coordinating with stakeholders and maintaining performance standards.

The role requires a TS clearance, 3+ years of security leadership, and a track record with government or secured facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active Top Secret clearance.
• Associate degree in Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressive security experience.
• Supervisory or shift leadership experience required.
• Experience with government, military, industrial, or secured facilities preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age and pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and support to security personnel during each shift.
• Assign work responsibilities and ensure staffing coverage for posts.
• Monitor performance, provide coaching and on-the-job training.
• Oversee daily security and access control activities to meet site requirements.
• Coordinate responses to incidents, emergencies, and disruptions.
• Maintain shift accountability and proper equipment readiness.
• Develop reports and maintain operational records.
