Job summary

DoorDash seeks a Senior Intelligence Analyst to lead analytical work in Protective Intelligence. You will conduct high-complexity investigations, perform behavioral threat assessments, and produce executive-level intelligence products for CISO and Board audiences.

You will collaborate with Engineering to understand the Snowflake-based detection pipeline, read data schemas, and shape analytical outputs that guide protective operations and risk decisions across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in protective intelligence, intelligence analysis, investigations, executive protection intelligence, or related field.
• Experience conducting complex investigations into threats, concerning behavior, and insider risks.
• Expertise in behavioral threat assessment and OSINT methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex investigations into threats and insider risks from intake to disposition.
• Exercise independent analytical judgment and provide defensible risk assessments for leadership.
• Conduct behavioral threat assessments using WAVR-21 or similar frameworks; identify protective factors.
• Evaluate and improve the detection pipeline outputs with engineers; understand data schemas and query outputs.
• Produce executive intelligence reports, travel risk assessments, and strategic intelligence products.
• Support protective operations by informing protective posture, travel, housing, and site security decisions.
• Assess emerging geopolitical and security risks affecting executives and operations.
• Advance investigative standards and adopt AI-enabled workflows and new methodologies.
• Mentor and develop junior analysts to establish high standards across the team.
