• At least 4 years experience managing marketing intents, partnering with creative and channel teams, and developing campaigns and briefs.

• Build deep relationships with commercial banking partners to understand their business and drive prospecting, cross‑sell, and retention.
• Develop and execute integrated, multi‑channel marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
• Manage projects end‑to‑end with storytelling, governance and alignment to strategy.
• Create scalable campaigns across multiple lines of business within Commercial Bank.
• Establish campaign metrics and translate insights into positioning, product strategy and marketing plans.
• Communicate KPIs and progress to stakeholders and adjust plans accordingly.
• Coordinate marketing requests with LOBs and ensure capacity and prioritization.
• Leverage channels and tools (email, web, content, social, events, Tableau) for personalized marketing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver campaigns and assets.
