Job summary

Temple University Institutional Advancement is seeking a Senior Associate Director of Prospect Development – Health Enterprise to lead complex prospect research and portfolio analysis across the Health Enterprise, including the Lewis Katz School of Medicine and Temple Hospital.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Prospect Development, you will develop insights for gift officers, manage multiple portfolios, and strengthen prospect pipelines in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in prospect research or related field.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex prospect research for individuals and organizations.
• Provide analysis for prospect portfolios and gift officer strategy.
• Collaborate with Prospect Development team to define and reinforce policies.
• Identify new prospects for major gifts and principal gifts.
• Support portfolio reviews and data confidentiality compliance.
