Job summary

Temple University Institutional Advancement seeks a Senior Associate Director of Prospect Development – Health Enterprise to lead research and analysis for Health Enterprise fundraising portfolios. You will identify high-capacity prospects and provide actionable insights to guide major gifts in a collaborative, data-driven environment.

You will partner with Gift Officers, manage complex portfolios, and help shape prospect management policies while maintaining confidentiality and ethics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in prospect research, fundraising programs, information services, financial analysis, social science research, or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage prospect research for Health Enterprise fundraising portfolios.
• Provide complex and detailed research and actionable analysis to guide major gifts.
• Collaborate with gift officers and managers to identify and cultivate high-capacity donors.
• Develop and promote effective prospect management practices and policies.
• Support portfolio reviews and data-driven decision making across the team.
