Job summary

Muon Space, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for Propulsion Systems. You will lead development, manufacturing and test planning for propulsion, coordinate with a global supply chain, and ensure timely product upgrades.

The role may be remote from an approved location within the United States. You will liaison with the product group, drive roadmap execution, and manage customer relationships for thruster programs while shaping test campaigns and integration with the broader

Qualifications

• 5+ years working in engineering or program management environments.
• Practical work experience in test campaigns, hardware manufacturing, or production lines.
• Degree in engineering, physical sciences, or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning of development, manufacturing and test of propulsion systems.
• Map activity into production flow and determine when hardware is 'good enough' to proceed.
• Serve as primary link to product group and guide roadmap execution.
• Keep supply chains steady, manage kitting, and track timelines for spacecraft missions.
• Break down mission specs into testing targets and realistic validation plans.
• Coordinate with machine shop, mechanical, and electrical teams for integration.
• Monitor industry trends and market shifts to inform strategic decisions.
