Job summary

Muon Space, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager - Propulsion Systems to own end-to-end planning for development, manufacturing and testing of propulsion hardware.

This role can be remote from an approved location and requires coordinating with production, supply chains and customers to keep the roadmap on track. You will guide test campaigns, balance timing for upgrades, and ensure integration with other hardware and engineering teams while monitoring industry trends and customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering or program management environments.
• Relevant degree in engineering, physical sciences, or related technical field.
• Practical work experience in test campaigns, hardware manufacturing, or production lines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning of propulsion development, manufacturing and test.
• Coordinate supply chains, parts procurement, and active production flow.
• Serve as primary link to product group to ensure roadmap execution.
• Manage customer relationships and provide transparent updates to stakeholders.
