Agile Space Industries seeks a Product Lead for in-space propulsion systems to own the technical roadmap and support both business development and program execution. You will coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, and program teams to translate mission needs into technical requirements and a compelling product plan.

The role emphasizes leading technical activities for proposals, driving gated design reviews, and ensuring a seamless handoff to programs.

Qualifications

B.S. in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience in aerospace or related technical field.
Proven experience with hypergolic rocket engine propulsion systems and subsystems.
Familiarity with propulsion requirements development, verification, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Drive product definition and roadmap planning for in-space propulsion systems.
Lead technical activities related to business development and proposal efforts.
Define and maintain product-level technical requirements.
Lead requirements definition from contract award through SRR.
Develop technical execution plans with support from engineering and manufacturing teams.
Lead the technical transition of programs from business development into execution.
Serve as a technical liaison between customers, programs, suppliers, and internal teams.
Establish technical relationships with customers to align products with mission needs.
Participate in gated product development reviews and provide technical guidance.
