Job summary

Agile Space Industries in Durango, CO seeks a Project Engineer II to lead cross-disciplinary efforts in propulsion hardware development from concept through production readiness. You will coordinate design, integration, test, and issue resolution across engineering teams and with program management.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hardware product development experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work across disciplines. Prior propulsion exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering product development in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting hardware through design, development, test, and production.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support multidisciplinary teams from requirements through production readiness for propulsion systems.
• Coordinate planning, design, integration, test, and issue resolution.
• Support resource planning, scheduling, risk, and program execution with leads.
• Interface with customers and internal stakeholders to align requirements and plans.
• Deliver engineering work products and design reviews with required data items.
