Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant Engineering experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related Engineering experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related Engineering experience.

Responsibilities

Execute multiple phases of assigned program(s) and manage cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Communicate with customer contacts and participate in customer sessions for project execution.
Collaborate with engineering, program support, operations, quality, and supply chain teams.
Develop and monitor project plans and briefing materials for management and customers.
Apply Earned Value Management to ensure financial health of the program.
Travel up to 30% to suppliers and other production sites; extend hours as needed.
