RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Senior Engineer – Air Breathing Propulsion for an on-site role. You will apply advanced propulsion technologies to integrate systems for missile and space vehicles, and work closely with program management across Raytheon product lines.

The role requires a STEM bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of propulsion experience, and the ability to obtain an active U.S. government security clearance. Relocation is available.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in STEM required; minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• 3 years in propulsion tech applied to solid propulsion systems.
• Experience in developing solid propulsion from concept to test/assembly.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsabilidades

• Apply advanced propulsion technologies to systems integration for missiles and space vehicles.
• Collaborate with development and production programs across Raytheon product lines.
• Review manufacturing processes and work with subcontractors on propulsion systems.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations to management and government agencies.
• Interact with customers to identify user needs and ensure program direction.
