Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in proposal management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Proven success leading proposals >$100M in value.
• Technical writing expertise to translate complex info clearly.
• Strong project management and cross-functional team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute proposal plans, including analyzing RFPs, outlines, and compliance matrices.
• Collaborate with BD Manager/Director on winning proposal strategies and messaging.
• Write and manage compliant, high-quality proposals addressing RFPs.
• Lead proposal kick-off meetings and ensure timelines are met.
• Coordinate with engineering, finance, legal to gather content.
• Create templates, reusable content, and visual elements.
• Conduct QA checks for grammar, consistency, and formatting.
