Job summary

CenTrio is seeking a Proposals Manager to lead the end-to-end proposal process for major bids. You will coordinate with business development, operations, HSE, and finance to ensure accurate content and on-time submissions.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience in proposal management, with a preference for energy-industry knowledge and APMP/CPSM certification. A hybrid, flexible work arrangement is available in the Houston area.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English, communications, marketing or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in a relevant role.
Experience in the energy industry, including Public-Private Partnerships (P3) is preferred.
APMP practitioner certification or CPSM certification is preferred.
Experience leading tendering teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all phases of the proposal process for high-value pursuits.
Deliver proposal components including timelines, plans, and collateral.
Create and maintain standard proposal content and templates across the organization.
Track tenders through award and coordinate weekly deal proposal meetings.
Collaborate with business development, operations, finance, and legal to ensure accuracy and compliance.
