Job summary

Collins Aerospace, an RTX business, seeks a Principal Project Engineer, Proposals in Aguadilla, PR. You will lead Power and Controls pursuits, coordinating with Engineering, Business Development and Program Management to ensure timely, compliant proposals.

Hybrid work includes 3 onsite days and 2 remote days as scheduled. You will manage costs, schedules, and risk for each proposal, acting as ECS SME and coordinating with SBUs for sustainment and NPI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) required or equivalent.
• 8+ years of relevant experience or 5+ years with advanced degree.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as Proposal Lead coordinating with Engineering disciplines, Programs, Production and Quality.
• Lead weekly IPMT meetings and track scope changes and risks.
• Prepare and maintain proposal work statements, budgets and schedules.
