Job summary

Wood is seeking a Senior Proposal Coordinator to join our Projects business. The role focuses on developing winning proposals for major global initiatives across energy, chemicals and life sciences, with a hybrid work arrangement in the US (Texas or South Carolina).

You will work with technical staff to assemble content and marketing materials for EPC contracts and related projects. The successful candidate will interact with senior staff, project managers, subcontractors and other proposal

Qualifications

• Experience in Engineering and Construction industry.
• Proposal coordination experience preferred.

The Role

Wood is currently seeking a motivated Senior Proposal Coordinator with experience in the Engineering and Construction industry to join our office in Texas or South Carolina- US. The successful candidate will work with technical staff to develop winning proposals from small to large Engineering, Construction and full EPC contracts/projects. The Proposal Coordinator will interact with senior staff, project managers, subcontractors, and other proposal staff to gather, organize and synthesize material necessary for developing proposals, and marketing material as needed.
