Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Los Angeles, CA, for a Senior Proposal Specialist. The Senior Proposal Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire proposal process, writing and editing proposals, responding to RFPs, and ensuring compliance with client requirements. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with various departments, developing proposal strategies, managing timelines, and delivering high-quality proposals. The role also involves effective communication with clients and team members to ensure a smooth proposal process from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Proposal Management and Proposal Writing skills
• Experience with RFP processes
• Experienced in Canva, Docs, Excel, etc.
• Reading and Writing Degree
• Tech Savvy, easily teachable
• Ability to work on-site in Los Angeles, CA
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field
• Experience in the security industry is a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
