Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in proposals.
• Experience with government RFP and Shipley proposal management processes.
• Experience with classified proposal processes and complex submissions.
• Advanced formatting and editing of complex proposal documents.
• Strong Word processing and desktop publishing skills.
• Advanced experience with SharePoint and content libraries.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development, color team reviews, response creation, production, and final submission.
• Coordinate final submissions for complex proposals, including classified submissions.
• Provide advanced desktop publishing support and document formatting.
• Set up requirements compliance matrices and manage content libraries.
• Act as deputy to the proposal operations manager and support SharePoint governance.
