Job summary

Sierra Space is seeking a seasoned Proposal Production Specialist III to lead and manage the proposal development process, including preparation, response creation, management, production, and final submission of proposals. This role demands extensive experience with government RFPs and Shipley processes, plus handling of classified submissions.

You will provide advanced formatting and editing, support for OCR and content libraries, and act as deputy to the proposal operations manager,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in government proposals.
• Deep knowledge of government RFP and Shipley proposal management processes.
• Experience with classified proposal processes.
• Advanced formatting and editing of complex proposal documents.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development and final submission.
• Coordinate color team reviews and response creation.
• Manage production and submission of classified proposals.
• Provide desktop publishing support and content library management.
• Collaborate with RFP team and divisions to ensure high-quality submissions.
