Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to manage schedules with MS Project or Primavera.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for presenting to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide project team to successful completion with TEi, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Present monthly budget reconciliations to executive management.
• Ensure alignment with baseline schedules.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Deliver regular project progress updates to TEi and clients.
• Act as principal liaison between TEi and customers.
• Oversee change orders to manage scope and revenue.
