JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Proposal Manager leads the development of complex, high-value proposals in response to solicitations for the DTG family of companies. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, sets proposal strategies and schedules, ensures compliance with solicitation requirements, and produces compelling content that aligns with the company’s objectives and messaging. The Senior Proposal Manager independently oversees the full proposal lifecycle, from pre-RFP planning through final submission, and incorporates win themes and key differentiators to enhance competitiveness. Strong writing, organizational, and analytical skills are essential.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT: The majority of work for this role is performed in a home office and interacts with a wide variety of people with differing functions, personalities, and abilities. Telecommuters are expected to have sufficient home office space that appears neat, organized, and professional when in video meetings. Travel is required occasionally.
