Job summary

Trusted Space, LLC is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager for the National Security Space portfolio. The role is hybrid with responsibilities across Chantilly, VA and Aurora, CO, including travel to Chantilly when needed.

You will lead end-to-end proposal lifecycle, coordinating Shipley reviews and SME input for DoD/IC programs. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in federal proposals in aerospace/defense, active TS/SCI, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship and TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field (Business, Technology, or Science).
• 10+ years federal proposal management experience, preferably in aerospace or defense.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of winning proposals for National Security Space portfolio.
• Apply Shipley-based methodologies and coordinate reviews to improve Win Probability.
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate space systems into compelling, compliant narratives.
