Job summary

Trusted Space, LLC is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager, National Security Space, to lead end-to-end development of winning proposals for national security space programs. The role requires Shipley expertise, strong collaboration with SMEs, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority efforts in a hybrid travel environment.

You will work with DoD/IC customers, craft win themes, and coordinate capture activities with technical teams, while maintaining rigorous compliance and schedule

Qualifications

• US citizenship and TS/SCI clearance required.
• 10+ years federal proposal management experience in aerospace/defense.
• Deep understanding of DoD Space Force and IC procurement cultures.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal lifecycle for complex space-based missions.
• Apply Shipley-based methodologies and manage Pink/Red/Gold Team reviews.
• Translate technical concepts into compliant narratives with SMEs.
