• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction and oversight for complex architectural and interior design projects.
• Mentor project managers and coordinators to enhance leadership and execution.
• Develop project scope, fee proposals, and contracts with group leadership.
• Represent the firm in client presentations, interviews, and negotiations.
• Ensure design quality, schedule, and budget align with client expectations.
