Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office; scheduling/financial tracking knowledge.
• LEED accreditation encouraged; professional architectural license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex architectural and interior design projects from inception to completion.
• Build client relationships, pursue new business opportunities, and lead proposals.
• Oversee scope, schedule, and budgets; ensure client satisfaction and quality.
• Mentor project managers and staff; manage staffing and risk management.
• Coordinate among architects, interior designers, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure design quality and financial projections; support CA phase.
