Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience for BS degree holders, 10-13 for MS degree holders, and 10+ for PhD holders.
• Minimum of 4 years of management experience.
• Understanding of the Shipley Proposal Process.
• Ability to maintain a Top Secret clearance and obtain SCI access.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and revision of proposals from conception to completion.
• Manage the overall proposal development process to meet milestones.
• Define and incorporate win strategies and themes for proposals.
• Review RFP requirements and generate compliance matrices.
• Champion delivery of fully compliant proposals.
• Develop schedules and identify resources.
• Coordinate activities of functional support staff.
• Establish and coordinate proposal reviews.
• Provide input on proposal policies and operating practices.
• Report proposal status to company leadership.

Responsibilities

Arcfield has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Proposal Development Manager.

• Serves as a senior proposal subject matter expert, supporting the development and revision of proposals from conception to completion.
• Manages the overall proposal development process to meet internal and government milestones.
• Works with Growth and Account staff to define & incorporate win strategies, themes, and discriminators.
• Reviews and interprets RFP requirements and generates outlines and compliance matrices to guide proposal team in planning and generating compliant proposal content.
• Champions delivery of fully compliant proposals.
• Develops schedules and identifies resources.
• Coordinates activities of functional support staff (e.g., subcontracts, pricing, contracts, etc.).
• Establishes and coordinates proposal reviews.
• Follows and provides input on proposal policies, procedures, methods, operating practices, and functional performance standards.
• Reports proposal status to company leadership.
