Responsibilities

• Underwrite and service renewal books and develop new business.
• Represent AXA XL in client meetings with senior executives.
• Calculate risk premium and exercise judgment in evaluation of risk.
• Participate in roundtable discussions on risk assessment.
• Negotiate with producers within authority to achieve profit objectives.
• Build and maintain broker/client relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services and markets to identify risks.
• Promote the company’s expertise at industry events and educate on risk.
• Maintain compliance with underwriting guidelines and legal requirements.
• Cross-market with AXA XL lines; identify new product opportunities.
• Collaborate with underwriters and management as a team.
