Link Logistics Real Estate in Irvine, CA is seeking a Property Tax Manager to lead daily property tax operations across US and Canadian jurisdictions, oversee valuations, appeals, budgeting, and reporting, and coordinate with external consultants and internal teams. You will mentor staff, drive process improvements, manage software implementations, and ensure compliance.

Requires 8+ years of multi‑jurisdictional property tax experience, a Bachelor’s degree in real estate/finance, strong Excel

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, or related field.
• 8+ years property tax experience across multi-jurisdictional processes.
• Strong Excel and database management skills.
• Knowledge of real estate operations and tax compliance.
• Proven leadership and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tax appeal management for US and Canadian jurisdictions.
• Analyze real and personal property valuations and liabilities.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for property tax.
