Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or related field is required.
• 8+ years of property tax experience across multi-jurisdictional real and personal property taxes.
• Knowledge of real estate operations, closing documents, due diligence, and jurisdictional tax requirements.
• Supervisory experience preferred and ability to mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax appeal management for multiple US and Canadian jurisdictions with timely filing and consultant coordination.
• Analyze real and personal property valuations, liabilities, and trends; prepare action plans with consultants.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for property tax with a 10-year cash and accrual model.
• Ensure compliance administration, filings, and documentation with auditors and third parties.
• Manage acquisitions/dispositions tax analyses and integrate properties into tax databases.
